1. We are a referral service, not a contractor
Twin Spans Welding connects homeowners with independent third-party welders and fabricators. We do not perform welding work, we do not employ the contractors, and we do not hold any contractor or trade license. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor you choose.
2. How we are paid
Contractors may pay us a fee for referrals. Our service is free to homeowners. We do not set contractors' prices.
3. No endorsement or guarantee
We ask the businesses we work with for basic credentials, but we do not guarantee any contractor's licensing, insurance, availability, pricing, quality, or conduct. You are responsible for verifying credentials, getting written estimates, and confirming permits before hiring.
4. Cost information
Any prices on this site are general typical estimates for education only. They are not offers or quotes.
5. Educational content
